Store Hours

The majority of our stores are continuing operations:

Mon-Fri: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sat: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Please contact your local store prior to visiting. We are following guidelines from local and national officials that impact our operations.

Managing Your Account

You can manage your account and make payments online or through our mobile app.

You may also make payments by phone by calling your local store or our customer service team at 1-800-422-8186.

Curbside payments are available to those who need to make their payment in person – just give us a call when you arrive.

Free Delivery & Curbside Pickup Options

We will continue to deliver products to your home. We will provide “doorstep deliveries,” dropping off your merchandise at your front door to minimize person-to-person exposure, where required by local guidelines or by request.

We also offer store curbside pickup for laptops, smartphones, or any product that can fit in your car. Just give us a call when you arrive.

Product Service and Repair

Product service and repairs are still available with every agreement. Please contact your local store to schedule pick up. Doorstep pickup may be required in some areas.

Benefits Plus

RAC Benefits Plus can help customers in the ways they need most during these troubling times in the midst of COVID-19. The program includes numerous benefits that help both protect members and save them money. Just a few benefits customers receive access to as a member of RAC Benefits Plus include:

    COVID-19: Protecting Coworker Health and Safety

    We’ve made a number of changes to protect our associates as we adapt to the current environment, including the following:

  • Limiting the amount of people inside the store at one time and strictly enforcing social distancing.
  • Making every effort to maintain availability of face masks, gloves and cleaning supplies.
  • Associates feeling ill must stay home and consult a healthcare professional.
  • Up to an additional two weeks paid time off will be given to any associate who becomes COVID-19 symptomatic.

    I’m happy to report that our efforts to cautiously and safely reopen stores over the past several weeks have gone well so far, and I’m also pleased to announce that in the midst of these difficult circumstances, we continue to make improvements to your Rent-A-Center shopping experience. It’s important to provide you with choices when it comes to shopping safely and paying in the way that’s most convenient for you. So, we’ve added PayPal and Venmo as new online payment options – available through “My Account” at rentacenter.com and in the Rent-A-Center mobile app (at participating locations).

    We remain dedicated to maintaining our forward momentum – for our customers, our associates and the communities they serve. We are committed to doing whatever it takes, for as long as it takes, to keep you and our employees safe while ensuring that you can always get the items you need from your local Rent-A-Center.

    Here are the ways we are continuing to provide contactless services at our locations:

    Stores Are Open – Safely
    Stores in most areas are open, with sanitization and social distancing guidelines in place to protect you and our associates. In areas of the country most affected by COVID-19, we have elected to keep some showrooms closed. At this time, we are cautiously reopening some of those locations according to guidance from local authorities. If you are unsure whether your local Rent-A-Center store has re-opened, is still closed or is only providing limited service, please call your local store or our Customer Service team at 1-800-422-8186.

    24/7 Online Shopping
    Shop from home for appliances to store and prepare your family’s food and keep clothes clean, computers for work or school, smartphones to stay connected and TVs & gaming systems to keep the family entertained.

    Free Doorstep Delivery**
    We’ll drop off merchandise at your front door to minimize person-to-person exposure. Where permitted by local guidelines, products may be set up inside the home if preferred.

    Same-Day Curbside Pickup**
    For items that can fit in your vehicle, simply call your local store to arrange for curbside pickup (following social distance practices).

    Product Service and Repair**
    Please contact your local store if your product needs service or repairs (included in your agreement).

    Manage Account from Home
    You can make payments online, through our mobile app, by phone or in person via curbside assistance (call your local store to make arrangements).

    Healthy Associates Policies

    We’ve implemented a number of policies to protect the health and safety of our store associates, and these will remain in effect until the current crisis has passed. These policies include:

  • Limiting the amount of people inside the store at one time.
  • Strictly enforcing social distancing inside stores.
  • As much as possible, providing face masks, gloves, cleaning supplies and plexiglass barriers.
  • Requiring associates who are feeling ill to stay home and consult with a healthcare professional before returning to work.
  • Granting two weeks additional paid time off to any associate who becomes COVID-19 symptomatic.
  • Offering a temporary termination program to associates who are not comfortable working with the public during this time (These associates retain their health coverage and may rejoin the company later with no loss of tenure.)

    With Memorial Day around the corner, I want to take this opportunity to salute another group of heroes – our veterans – for their selfless service to our country, and to encourage everyone to celebrate safely. In the days preceding a national holiday that recognizes heroes, I’m also reflecting on the continued heroism of those individuals on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic: doctors, nurses, other health professionals, and volunteers.

  • There is still time to make a donation to the American Red Cross before our May 31 goal, and to add to the $50,000 that we have already pledged to the cause. I’d like to thank everyone who has joined us in raising funds for the American Red Cross, another proud part of our nation’s heritage, and an organization whose critical services on the front lines of COVID-19 response are still very much needed. Every little bit helps, so please consider contributing if you can.
  • We care deeply about you, our associates, and our communities. That’s why we’ve also donated $50,000 to the phenomenal North Texas Food Bank to provide hunger relief to families in our local community during this time of increased need.

    Although there is still work to be done to recover from the crisis, I am inspired by your contributions to our charitable giving initiatives, and by the daily dedication our Rent-A-Center associates are displaying in everything they do to serve you. There are better, brighter days ahead and we’ll get there together.
